The Application: 
- Transmitter with coplanar manifold
- Full welded design

The Concerns:
- The transmitter was needed over a long weekend, when most suppliers were closed
- The customer was finding it difficult to get a replacement manifold any supplier due to Labor Day weekend
- The manifold had to be capable of withstanding pressure up to 6092 psi (420 bar)
- The transmitter has a ½” threaded connection, but the manifold needed to have fully welded socket construction
- Welding on the manifold is not recommended to protect seating surface
